Gluten free flour is expensive! Especially when you can only buy little one pound bags. And those little bags don't go very far. So we bought some in bulk! I have yet to find all the flours I need in one place but here are the two places that I've found so far:
Barry Farm
You can order any amount in pounds and your shipment will be packaged in bags of 5 pounds or less. Shipping is determined by weight and location.
Honeyville Grain
The flours come in specific, predetermined quantities. Shipping is $4.49 for most locations no matter the weight of the shipment.
Welcome! We are a homeschooling family in Texas- so we've never been normal by any standards- but with the addition of our third little one, we have entered into the overwhelming and really unfun world of food allergies. Our little girl is allergic to egg white, wheat, soy, dairy, peanuts, sesame seeds, bananas, avocados, pineapples, melons, tree nuts, coconuts, flax seeds, quinoa, and sunflower seeds. This is our life as we stave off starvation and try to maintain sanity.

Vitamin D and Reducing Chronic Hives
I am all too familiar with hives. No fun! But there is some new research out that links an increase in Vitamin D levels to a reduction of chronic hives. I've been giving Bee daily drops of Vitamin D and she has been holding pretty steady lately with very few rashes. I don't know if they've helped Bee or not, but they certainly haven't hurt, so we're going to keep it up.
