Wow! Is this bag heavy! Our local health food store allowed me to purchase some brown rice flour in bulk when they received their latest shipment. No shipping fees! Now I just have to figure out how to store this stuff!

I have a 30 pound bag of the same rice. I called the company and was told to store in the freezer for longer life. So, I have the huge bag in the bottom cage drawer of my freezer!
Will last 6 months in climate controlled area, but will last a year in freezer.
