Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Add egg replacer mixture and beat well.
Add in vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients in separate bowl and then add to wet mixture.
Mix until just blended.
Stir in oats and chocolate chips with spatula.
Drop by teaspoon fulls onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake at 325 for 12 minutes.
Cool for 5 minutes on cookie sheets before moving to wire racks.
