Mix the oats, cereal, and salt together and set aside.
In saucepan melt the brown sugar, honey, pea butter, and Earth Balance until it just begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
Then pour over the dry ingredients and stir well.
Add in the chocolate chips and stir.
Press into greased jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top and press in slightly.
Put into freezer to chill until mixture hardens.
Remove to slice and then store covered in fridge.
