3/4 cup sugar
Combine flour through baking powder and whisk in large bowl.
Add applesauce, egg replacer mixture, and milk.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour in greased muffin tins and bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes.
Let cool on wire rack.
Welcome! We are a homeschooling family in Texas- so we've never been normal by any standards- but with the addition of our third little one, we have entered into the overwhelming and really unfun world of food allergies.
